1. Introduction Welcome to Surf-VHDL ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.surf-vhdl.com and the purchase of our digital products and courses. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Merchant of Record and Payment Processing We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. Depending on the payment method you choose at checkout, the entity responsible for processing your payment and handling taxes may vary:
Regardless of the payment processor used, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt.
3. Digital Products and Delivery Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive immediate access to the digital course(s) or product(s) purchased via our platform (hosted on EzyCourse). You will receive a confirmation email from the payment processor (Paddle or PayPal) and a separate email from us with your login details or access link.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or streaming, we generally offer the following refund policy:
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. If you purchased via Paddle, you may also contact them directly via their support system, though contacting us first is recommended to expedite the process.
5. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including all videos, code examples, text, and downloadable files) are and will remain the exclusive property of Surf-VHDL and its licensors.
6. User Accounts When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Surf-VHDL, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. However, specifically regarding transactions processed by Paddle.com, the Terms of Use of Paddle.com (governed by UK or Irish law depending on your location) also apply to the transaction itself.
9. Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
