2. Merchant of Record and Payment Processing We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. Depending on the payment method you choose at checkout, the entity responsible for processing your payment and handling taxes may vary:

• Paddle.com: For orders processed via Paddle, Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles customer service inquiries related to payments and returns. Paddle is also responsible for the collection and remittance of all applicable taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax) worldwide. You are technically buying the product from Paddle.
• PayPal: For orders processed directly via PayPal, Surf-VHDL acts as the seller. The transaction is processed securely through PayPal's gateway.

Regardless of the payment processor used, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt.

3. Digital Products and Delivery Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive immediate access to the digital course(s) or product(s) purchased via our platform (hosted on EzyCourse). You will receive a confirmation email from the payment processor (Paddle or PayPal) and a separate email from us with your login details or access link.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or streaming, we generally offer the following refund policy:

• Courses: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

5. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including all videos, code examples, text, and downloadable files) are and will remain the exclusive property of Surf-VHDL and its licensors.

• License to Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of Surf-VHDL. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. User Accounts When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

However, specifically regarding transactions processed by Paddle.com, the Terms of Use of Paddle.com (governed by UK or Irish law depending on your location) also apply to the transaction itself.
